Intravenous (IV) / Subcutaneous Injections
We provide in-home IV catheter insertion, IV infusion, and subcutaneous injections. (A valid prescription from a registered physician is required for all injection services.)
Peritoneal Dialysis
Our nurses are highly trained and experienced in peritoneal dialysis (PD) procedures. We provide safe and hygienic dialysis care in the comfort of the patient’s home.

We offer professional care and support for patients with tracheostomy, gastrostomy, or colostomy. Our services help patients adapt to life with a stoma while maintaining stoma site health and comfort.
Medication Management
For patients on long-term medication, we assist with organizing weekly medication preparation, provide medication reminders, and educate clients on potential side effects and safety precautions.
Personal Care Assistants
Our home-based personal care assistants offer temporary support to elderly individuals who do not require intensive medical care. Ideal for times when family members are busy or domestic helpers are on leave.
Caregiver Training
We understand that caring for a chronically ill loved one can be overwhelming. Our experienced nurses offer hands-on training to family members and domestic helpers, covering basic nursing skills, emergency response, patient handling, cognitive care, and mental health support.
Routine Health Assessments
Our registered nurses perform comprehensive geriatric health assessments, assessing major body systems such as cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, and neurological functions. Based on the results, we will advise to refer to medical help if required and to create personalized care plans aimed at improving health outcomes and reducing hospitalizations.
Medical Escort Services
Our experienced medical escorts accompany clients to clinic or hospital appointments, offering full assistance throughout the visit. They help with communication with medical staff, recording doctor instructions, collecting prescribed medications and organizing medical documents, reports, and prescriptions.
