Our Escort Service Workflow
Medical Assessment
Our doctors and nurses will visit the hospital or the patient's home to assess the clinical condition. We also utilize the eHealth system to review the patient’s medical history and evaluate potential risks, ensuring the patient is medically fit for transport.
Discharge Coordination
If the patient is deemed suitable for transport, our medical team will coordinate with the attending physician to explain the escort procedure, including the presence of a doctor and nurse during transit. Once discharge approval is granted, we assist in completing all discharge formalities. Before the journey, we will brief the family on potential risks, including the possibility of deterioration or death during transport.
Commencement of Escort
Upon receiving the family’s consent, our medical escort team will accompany the patient on the journey. Throughout the transport, vital signs are closely monitored, and immediate medical interventions are provided as necessary. Our goal is to ensure the patient arrives at the destination safely for continued care.
